My stay at Palmas Del Mar was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the hotel offers beautiful grounds and a lovely pool that kids would surely enjoy. On the other hand, my room was quite outdated and uncomfortable, which made my stay less pleasant than I had hoped. Additionally, while the service was decent, I felt like I didn't receive the special treatment I was expecting given the prices.

Palmas Del Mar is certainly a mixed bag. I was welcomed warmly by the staff, who were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our celebration special. However, my room left a lot to be desired-old, shabby furniture and a rundown bathroom. The location is nice, but the overall condition of the property is disappointing considering the price. Worth it for the staff and atmosphere, but the facilities and rooms need serious updates.
